Vibe Villages are your portal to:

  • Group camping for 15+ friends
  • Primo camping: create your own luxe group camp in a reserved spot
  • Camp with your crew, and meet new friends!
  • BE the festival: create your own destination to share with fellow festival goers

Participating in Vibe Villages is the best of Elements festival magic!

Don’t just go to the festival, BE the festival!

To start your Vibe Village, follow the steps below.

​Note: Vibe Village Group camping passes do not include festival passes (sold separately).***

1. START A VIBE VILLAGE CAMP

To start a Vibe Village camp, the Group Contact must email vibes@elementsfest.us with the requested Camp Name. Our Vibes team will then create unique ticket types for your camp and send back a unique private link. Your Group Contact can send out the link to prospective camp members who want to join. Once your Vibe Village camp reaches 15 members, your camp will be confirmed. If a camp does not reach 15 members by the cutoff date, the camp will be canceled.

2. JOIN A VIBE VILLAGE CAMP

If you are joining a Vibe Village camp, you must purchase a Vibe Village Camp Member Pass using the unique link sent directly from the Vibe Village Camp Contact, or another Vibe Village Camp Member. Group signups will close 1 month prior to the festival start.

3. Purchase CAR AND RV passes

If you are planning on bringing a vehicle, you must purchase a Vibe Village Car Camping Pass or RV Pass for the Village you are joining. These passes will be in place of a Car Camping Pass or RV Pass. If you have already purchased a Car Camping or RV Pass, email info@elementsfest.us to transfer your current pass to the correct village. Please make sure to purchase your vehicle passes at least 1 month prior to arrival to ensure your campsite will be large enough to accommodate your group.

Note: Powered RV and preset options, such as Preset RVs, Glamping, and Preset Tents, are not available for group camping.

4. FILL OUT YOUR VIBE VILLAGE CAMP APPLICATION

Fill out our Vibe Village Form and choose which village your group wants to be a part of.

🔥Fire Village: Experience Camps 

The Fire Village contains groups that coexist within the Elements Community by bringing the most epic shared interactive experiences. Examples: sound camps, interactive art, and performance camps. These camps are curated throughout the Vibe Villages, but are generally closest to the festival entrance!

🌿Earth Village: Participatory Camps

The Earth Villages are immersive and thematic camps with some element of community interaction, or facilitating some sort of public happening. They could host communal spaces /lounges, create group performances or random pop-up instigations in the festival grounds, or curate special experiences for guests. Examples: Parade camps, comedy club, library, camp games, treasure hunt, initiating side quests.​

🌊Water Village : Expression Camps

Water Village is for your crew if you want to create a magical festie home. We love to see themed costumes, art and decorations, and gifting that show what you and your crew are all about! Welcoming frontage for guests is a bonus!

🌬️Air Village : Homies Camps

The Air Village is for groups that want to go with the flow, and be with the homies.

Best of all, there are Vibe Village perks! The more you participate, the more benefits your group receives. These include:

  • Best placement in relation to venue entrance (besides Premium Camping).
  • Dedicated Vibe Village concierge pre-fest for 1-on-1 calls and onsite support.
  • Potential to receive funding and festival passes to help bring your camp’s vision to life.
  • Vibe Village contests with prizes + exclusive merch.
  • Your camp added to festival map and promoted on the festival app.
  • Approved Fire Villages will have the ability to pick locations each year.
  • Exclusive early entry for Fire Village key members (dependent upon approval).

  • Come up with a Vibe Village camp happening that is a new experience for you and your crew!
  • Make a group costume with your crew (See below!)

HOW TO BE INTERACTIVE AT ELEMENTS

  • Participatory Culture is about trying new things and sharing new experiences.
  • Uplevel your expression: decorate yourself, try a new costume, interact with new people!
  • Costumes are a gateway to a different aspect of yourself. Experiment with an outfit that’s out of your norm. See what happens!
  • Try Accessories that you’d never normally wear, or face paint! 
  • Remember nighttime: add some lights in fun ways that add to your good time!
